仮想通貨交換業者登録のお知らせ

オーケーコイン・ジャパン株式会社（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役：馮鐘揚、以下「当社」）は、本日（2020年3月30日）、資金決済に関する法律に基づく仮想通貨交換業者として関東財務局への登録が完了いたしましたことをお知らせします。

当社は、グローバルに仮想通貨取引所を展開するOK Groupの日本法人です。2017年9月に設立以来、資金決済に関する法律及び関係法令、金融庁が公表した事務ガイドライン、一般社団法人日本仮想通貨交換業協会が定める諸規則等を遵守する態勢を整えてまいりました。また、事業計画及び業務の健全性、各種のセキュリティ及びシステム運用の整備を通じて、利用者財産の分別管理・利用者情報管理など利用者保護措置を図り、サービスを安全にご利用いただくための運営体制を構築してまいりました。

Notification of Virtual Currency Exchange Service Provider Registration

OKCoin Japan K.K. (“OKCoin Japan”; Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Feng Zhongyang) announced today the completion of its registration with the Kanto Local Finance Bureau as a Virtual Currency Exchange Service Provider based on the Payment Services Act.

OKCoin Japan is the Japanese subsidiary of OK Group, one of the major global providers of virtual currency exchange service. Since its establishment in September 2017, OKCoin Japan has built a comprehensive framework to ensure its compliance with the Payment Services Act and related regulations, guidelines published by the Financial Services Agency, and industry rules set by the Japan Virtual Currency Exchange Association.
