1. 組織改編
2017年8月1日付
合同会社から株式会社に改組し、8月1日をもって社名を「インテンス・アンド・アソシエーツ株式会社（英文表記：intense & associates K.K.）」に変更いたします。

2.新役員体制
2017年8月1日付

代表取締役　道廣英治（現　当社 マネージングパートナー CEO)
取締役　武田稔（現　昭和シェル石油株式会社 取締役会議長）
取締役　照井知基（現　株式会社リライ 代表取締役)

＜役員略歴＞


道廣英治：Big4、大手外資系コンサルティングファームにおける25年超の実務経験とパートナーとしてのマネジメント責務を担い2012年に当社を設立いたしました。主に自動車、電機、ケミカル、半導体、リテール、ホスピタリティ、金融インダストリにおける戦略・組織/人事・IT・M&A・事業再構築といったテーマを中心に豊富な実務経験を有しております。
武田稔：グローバル企業における豊富な実務経験と経営者としての責務を担い、またコンサルティングファーム、投資ファンドにおけるマネジメント経験を保有しております。
照井知基：IT/ IoT分野を中心に様々な新規事業の立上や事業開発、更にIPOの重責を担い、武田同様に上場企業の経営者としての責務を担ってまいりました。
また自身も起業経験を持ち現在も代表取締役として活躍しております。


3.webサイトの変更
組織変更に伴い、8月15日にwebサイトアドレス及びメールアドレスが変更となります。

New Corporate Structure and Board Composition

1. Convert our business structure
We will convert our business structure from an LLC to a corporation (KK), effective August 1st, 2017. As part of this conversion we will change our company name to “intense & associates K.K.”.

2. New Board Composition
effective August 1st, 2017:

Eiji Michihiro, Member of the Board of Directors & CEO (AKA Mitch, current Managing Partner, intense & associates)
Minoru Takeda, Member of the Board of Directors (AKA Mike, current Chairman of the Board, Showa Shell Sekiyu K.K.)
Tomoki Terui, Member of the Board of Directors (current CEO, Rely Inc.)

Mitch has maneged consulting business as a partner and broad expertice of Strategy, People & Organization, IT and M&A for both japanese domestic & global clients in global consulting firms include big4.

Our newly appointed Director, Mike (Minoru), has managed businesses as a CEO and brings a wealth of experience in both global capital markets and consulting firms. Mike also has extensive experience managing investment funds.

As a director, Tomoki brings his experience with new business development and venture startups, often including IPOs, in numerous fields with a primary focus on IT/IoT ventures. Like Mike, Tomoki has been a part of top management teams in public companies. Tomoki also started his own company and is successfully operating this venture as CEO.

3. Domain change
Please note that we will be change our company web site and email address effective form August 15th, 2017.
