クオンタムソリューションズ株式会社 資本提携先の香港IPO申請のお知らせ

クオンタムソリューションズ株式会社は、2020年8月7日付「資本提携及び第2回無担保転換社債型新株予約権付社債の資金使途の変更に関するお知らせ」のなかで、当社グループが商湯科技開発有限公司(SenseTime Group Inc.以下「STG」という。)の関連する企業グループと資本提携することを開示し、出資いたしましたが、STGが2021年8月27日付で、香港証券取引所に新規株式公開計画(以下「本IPO」という。)を申請いたしましたので、お知らせいたします。尚、本IPOの進捗状況等に関しては、状況に応じて、別途ご報告申し上げます。

Quantum Solutions’ Capital Alliance Partner Applied for IPO in Hong Kong

(30 August 2021) According to the announcement dated in respect to "Notification for Change in Use of Fund by the Capital Partnership and the 2nd Series of Unsecured Convertible Bond with Stock Acquisition Rights", Quantum Solutions, through Asia TeleTech Investment Limited, being indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, has invested in a limited partnership which in turn has invested in SenseTime Group Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "STG"). The Group noticed that STG had filed an initial public offering (IPO) plan with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on August 27, 2021.

Details of this IPO will be disclosed as soon as possible after confirmation.
