Makers Farm社は、様々なショッピングの際に付与されるポイントサービスを、独自の仮想通貨（暗号資産）『CIM』で提供するキャッシュバックサービス『COINCOME（コインカム）』をワールドワイドに展開しています。

資金調達市場の流動性向上に向けて、STO（セキュリティ・トークン・オファリング）事業を展開。不動産STOシステム「J-FTA」、フィリピンの経済特区であるCEZA（Cagayan Economic Zone Authority）においてセキュリティトークン取引所「ALLEX」を2020年1月に開設。

さらに同社はチリやインドネシアにおいて新たな証券取引所としてセキュリティトークン取引所を視野に入れ、開設準備に取り掛かっている。南米及びアジア諸国の金融市場のセンターとして今後の発展に寄与すべく法規制について南米の将来を見据え整備に取り掛かっている。

Standard Capital Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Taisei Yamaguchi) concluded a business tie-up with Makers Farm Pte. Ltd. (Headquarters: Singapore / Representative: Yoshihiro Kanemitsu) to issue a new security token.

【Overview of Makers Farm】

Makers Farm develops a cash-back service called "COINCOME", which provides point services for various shopping with its own crypto asset "CIM" worldwide.

The official version of the service has been launched in Japan and Singapore since December 2019, and a tie-up system with more than 800 companies including many major shopping sites, manufacturers, and reservation sites has been established.

CIM has been listed on Quoine's Liquid.com, which operates one of the world's largest and most trusted crypto asset exchanges since August 2019, and will strengthen its efforts to maximize liquidity.

Makers Farm is developing a new digital marketing tracking system that supports GDPR and ITP without relying solely on cookies, and aim to open COINCOME's "Cashback DApp" and "Next Generation Tracking DApp" globally by 2020.

【Overview of Standard Capital】

We are developing an STO (Security Token Offering) business to improve the liquidity of funds. We open the security token exchange “ALLEX” at CEZA（The Philippine Special Economic Zone） in January 2020.We are also working on the development of the real estate retail trading platform “J-FTA”.

We are preparing to open security token exchanges in Chile and Indonesia as new stock exchanges, and working on legislation to contribute to the future development of financial markets in South America and Asian countries.
