この協業を通し、Infosysは、ColtのDXプログラムを促進し、次世代のプラットフォームを活用してサービス、システム、及びプロセスの自動化と簡略化を実現するColt IOを構築します。
この構築により、Coltは顧客企業に対してサービスをより容易、かつ迅速に提供する事が可能となり、変わりゆく市場のダイナミクスに的確に対応することが可能となります。Infosysはまた、Coltがその革新的な製品ロードマップを促進し、自身のマネージド・NaaＳサービスやアプリケーション中心のインフラストラクチャ・ソリューションを成長させることを支援します。

Coltは昨年11月に、米Lumen TechnologiesのEMEA事業の買収を完了しました。今回のInfosysとの提携は、2社が統合し、単一の、一貫性があり、かつシームレスなサービス体験を提供する事を促進します。
