BAPE®がマリリン・モンローのアイコニックな写真を題材にしたコレクションを発表

Marilyn Monroe's glamorous and beautiful photographs have been carefully selected from the Authentic Brands Group’s, owner of the Marilyn Monroe Estate, vast catalog of exclusive images to create a collection of t-shirts in collaboration with A BATHING APE(R).



BAPE(R)の世界観によって、マリリン・モンローがアートとしてよみがえります。6型あるTシャツコレクションは、マリリン・モンローのイメージとBAPE(R)のシグネチャーグラフィックがデザインされ、両者の魅力を余すことなく表現し、BAPE(R)らしいグラフィックを落とし込んだコレクションとなっています。

モンローの究極の白黒写真が、BAPE(R)のカモフラージュのバックドロップで表現。APE HEADグラフィックが、サム・ショーが撮影した有名な白いドレスのコラージュによって構成され、ミルトン・グリーン撮影のアイコニックなポートレート写真がBAPE(R)のピンクカモフラージュで飾られました。

The world of BAPE(R) pays homage to Marilyn Monroe in its unique art form. The collection features six t-shirt styles, each incorporating a Marilyn Monroe image with BAPE(R)’s signature graphics and designed to embody the beauty of both worlds. Some include: An intimate black-and-white photo of Monroe enhanced by the BAPE(R) camouflage backdrop, an APE HEAD graphic constructed from a collage of the famous White Dress images by Sam Shaw and an iconic portrait photographed by Milton Green, adorned with BAPE(R)’s pink camouflage.
