代々木上原〈ルヴァン〉のカフェへ。自然酵母のパンに舌鼓

天然酵母のパンを30年以上、作り続けている老舗のベーカリー〈ルヴァン〉へ行ってきました。

I went to a long-established bakery, Le Vin, which has been making natural yeast bread for over 30 years.

お店がはじまって以来、大切に育ててきた自家製の酵母でつくるパンはどれも優しい味わい。食べるたびに元気が湧いてくるんです。

The bread is made with homemade yeast that has been carefully nurtured since the store started, and has a gentle flavor. Every time I eat it, I feel energized.

ベーカリーにはカフェ〈ル・シァレ（Le Chalet）〉が併設されていて、自家製パンを使った軽食を楽しむことができます。半分外に開けた、魔女の工房のようなこの空間が大好き。不揃いのレンガの壁やアンティークの建具が独特の雰囲気を醸し出しています。

The bakery also has a café, Le Chalet, where you can enjoy light meals made with their homemade bread. I love this space, which is half open to the outside, like a witch's workshop. The uneven brick walls and antique furniture create a unique atmosphere.

朝はシンプルなトーストに、バターといちごジャム。日替わりのスープは春菊でした。

I had a simple piece of toast in the morning with butter and strawberry jam. The daily soup of the day was garland chrysanthemum.

噛むほどに味わい深いルヴァンのパンは、焼くだけでも十分おいしい。まさに魔法のパンなんです。

The more I chewed, the more flavorful the bread was, and just baking it was delicious enough. It is truly a magical bread.

この日のサンドイッチセット（1,200円）は、スナップエンドウとニンジン。心も体も喜んでいるのを感じます。

This day's sandwich set was filled with snap peas and carrots. I can feel my heart and body rejoicing.

蜂蜜だけに1年漬けられた自家製梅シロップのジュースもいただきました。これがあまりにも気に入って、家に帰ってから自分でも梅の蜂蜜漬けをつくったくらい、本当に美味しかったです。食べることは毎日の幸せで、一番の健康法。一期一会の食事を大切にしたいです。

I drank the juice of homemade plum syrup that had been pickled for a year in only honey. I liked it so much that I even made my own honey-pickled plums when I got home, which were really delicious. Eating is my daily happiness and the best way to stay healthy. I want to cherish every meal of a lifetime.
