ちなみにサルは生物の中でも知能が高い動物ということで知られているが、インドでは2021年12月に「復讐に燃えるサルの群れ」が関心を集めていた。サルは群れの子猿が犬に襲われて死んでしまったことで復讐のために次々に子犬を連れ去っては250匹もの命を奪っていたという。
