デジタルアセットマーケッツ、韓国のRWAトークン化専門DX/Web3.0企業CREDERとジパングコインを中心としたRWAトークンのグローバル展開に関する基本合意書締結（JP／EN）

株式会社デジタルアセットマーケッツ（本社：東京都千代田区、代表取締役：西本一也、以下「デジタルアセットマーケッツ」）は、韓国においてRWAトークン化を専門とするDX/Web3.0企業CREDER Inc.(本社：韓国　ソウル、CEO：James Im、以下「CREDER」)と基本合意書を締結したことをお知らせします。本合意書により、当社が発行支援するジパングコイン（三井物産デジタルコモディティーズ株式会社が発行）を中心としたRWAトークンのグローバル展開を推進します。

本合意書の概要
当社は、三井物産デジタルコモディティーズが発行するジパングコインを中心としたRWAトークンの発行支援及び、当社やパートナーが運営する暗号資産取引所を通じた流通事業を行っております。
このたび、韓国においてRWAトークン化を専門とするDX/Web3.0企業であるCREDERと技術面及び事業面における連携を深め、当社が発行支援するRWAトークンのグローバル展開を推進することを目的とした、基本合意書を締結しました。

CREDERについて
韓国初の金現物を原資産としたRWAトークン化事業を行うDX/Web3.0企業です。
釜山デジタル資産取引所（BDX）の設立・運営を行う釜山BDXコンソーシアム企業の一社であり韓国ITサービス大手であるITCEN (KOSDAQ：124500）とブロックチェーン開発企業BPMGとのジョイントベンチャーとして2022年に設立されました。

Digital Asset Markets Signs Memorandum of Understanding with CREDER, a Korean DX/Web3.0 Company to engage in RWA tokenization, for global promoting and expanding the reach of RWA tokens, such as Zipangcoin
Digital Asset Markets Inc. (HQ: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazuya Nishimoto, hereafter referred to as "Digital Asset Markets") is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CREDER Inc. (HQ: Seoul, Korea; CEO: James Im; hereafter referred to as　"CREDER"), a leading Korean DX/Web3.0 company to engage in RWA tokenization.


About The Memorandum of Understanding（MOU）
We support issuance of RWA tokens, such as Zipangcoin issued by Mitsui & Co. Digital Commodities, Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co. Ltd., and conduct distribution business through Crypto asset exchanges operated by ourselves and our partners.
We have signed Memorandum of Understanding with CREDER, a DX/Web3.0 company to engage in RWA tokenization in South Korea, to enhance technical and business synergies, and promote and expand the reach of RWA tokens that we support for issuance globally.
About CREDER
CREDER is Korea's first DX company to engage in RWA tokenization using physical gold as the underlying asset. Established in 2022, CREDER is a joint venture between ITCEN (KOSDAQ: 124500), a leading Korean IT services company and a member of the Busan Digital Asset Exchange (BDX) consortium, and BPMG, a blockchain development company.
