SDGパートナーズ有限会社は、グループ子会社Think Coffee Japan株式会社が運営するサステナビリティ追求型カフェ「think coffee」の日本における第一号店にて、米国サンフランシスコ発祥のコーヒー器具専門メーカー「FELLOW」と連携し、同社が販売する「Carter Move Mug」にthink coffeeのデザインを施した商品を販売開始します。

FELLOW社は、「とんでもなく美味しいコーヒーを淹れるため」のコーヒー器具専門メーカーであり、家庭からプロまで使えるコーヒー用のケトル、サーバー、グラインダー、マグなどを世に送り出している、コーヒーに向けた情熱が尋常ではない優れた会社です。2013年にサンフランシスコにて設立されて以来、西海岸、東海岸を問わず全米で高い評価を得てきました。また、経営理念として「Everyone belongs: 誰にでも居場所がある」あるいは「ダイバーシティとインクルージョン」を掲げている点も人々を引き付けてやまない要素でしょう。神田錦町のthink coffee 日本第一号店においては、FELLOW社の「Stagg EKG Pro Electric Kettle」を誇りを持って使っています。

Carter Move MugはFELLOW社が開発した携帯用の飲料用マグであり、シンプルで美しいデザインと、最高の触感の組み合わせを実現しています。また、内側には取り外しができる「跳ねよけ」が取り付けられており、車での移動中にコーヒーを楽しむ際にも安心して使える仕様となっています。今回、FELLOW社と米国のthink coffeeニューヨーク本社のコラボレーションによる2つのデザイン商品のうち、1つをthink coffee 日本第一号店にて販売できる運びとなりました。小売価格5,500円（税込）で、現在のところ店舗のみでの販売を予定しております。

think coffee は、ニューヨークで地域に溶け込んできたカフェです。2006年にニューヨーク大学付近に第一号店を開店し、現在はマンハッタンで10店舗、ブルックリンで1店舗を展開しています。6月にオープンした神田錦町店は日本の第一号店で、「美味しいコーヒーが社会を良くする」をコンセプトに、米国 think coffee がパートナーシップを組んだコーヒー農園主から調達した豆のみによるコーヒーをはじめ、産地や生産者にこだわったメニューを提供。その他、カップや店舗の電力など、店舗の各所でSDGsの取り組みを行い、居心地の良さと持続可能性（サステナビリティ）の両立を追求しています。

FELLOW is a specialized equipment manufacturer "to brew ridiculously good coffee". The company has produced state-of-the-art coffee kettles, servers, grinders, mugs and other gears that are essential for both home and professional users. Since its establishment in San Francisco in 2013, the company has never stopped improving their product to be beautifully functional, breaking the boring, and materializing diversity and inclusion for all. At think coffee Japan's first store in Kanda Nishikicho, we proudly use FELLOW's Stagg EKG Pro Electric Kettle.


Carter Move Mug is a portable gear developed by FELLOW that combines a simple and beautiful design with the best tactile sensation. There is a snap-in splash guard attached to the inside, so you can use it with confidence in mobile situations. This time, think coffee Japan sells one of the two design products created in collaboration between FELLOW and Think Coffee New York headquarters. The retail price is 5,500 yen (tax included), and it is currently only sold in our store.

think coffee is a community-friendly cafe born in New York. The founder opened the first store near New York University in 2006, and currently has 10 stores in Manhattan and one in Brooklyn. The Kanda Nishikicho store, which opened in June 2023, is its first store in Japan. Based on the concept of “good coffee doing good,” think coffee serves coffee brewed only from beans produced by farmers with whom we have direct partnerships. Along with quality coffee beans, think coffee pursues sustainability in various aspects of the store operations, such as by adopting bio-degradable paper-cups, compositing and renewable energy.
