2021年７月12日付で開示した「新たな事業の開始及び株式会社FOMMとの資本・業務提携に関するお知らせ」において、株式会社FOMM（以下「FOMM社」という。）と資本・業務提携契約を締結したことは、お知らせいたしましたが、この度、FOMM社が2021年９月９日に、環境省が実施している令和３年度「バッテリー交換式EV開発および再エネ活用の組み合わせによるセクターカップリング実証事業」の一次公募に採択されましたのでお知らせいたします。

Has Been Selected for a Demonstration Projectby the Ministry of the Environment

(13 September 2021) According to the “Notice of Launch of New Business and Capital Business Alliance with FOMM Corporation" dated 12 July 2021, Quantum Solutions Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has formed a capital and business alliance with FOMM Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “FOMM”). According to FOMM’s homepage, it has been selected for the 1st round of the “Sector Matching Demonstration Project by Combining the Development of Battery Exchangeable EVs and the Use of Renewable Energy” by the Ministry of Environment.
