プラント運営支援サービス DX-PLANT(TM) をボリビア国営石油ガス会社へ導入＜English follows＞

～尿素プロセスライセンサーならではのデジタルサービスにより、プラント運転の高度化をサポート～



東洋エンジニアリング株式会社（取締役社長 細井 栄治、以下TOYO）は、ボリビアの国営企業Yacimientos Petroliferos Fiscales Bolivianos (ヤシミエントス・ペトロリフェロス・フィスカレス・ボリビアーノス、以下YPFB)と、同社がコチャバンバ県ブロブロで操業している尿素プラント向けに、DX-PLANT(TM)を利用したプラント運営に関するTechnical Advisory契約を締結しました。

YPFBの尿素プラントには、TOYOの尿素プロセスライセンスが適用されています。DX-PLANT(TM)は、ライセンサーゆえに可能な、専門的知見を織り込んだ尿素プラント向けのアプリケーションを備えています。DX-PLANT(TM)において、このアプリケーションと、遠隔監視システムを通じたタイムリーなコミュニケーションを組み合わせることで、YPFBの尿素プラント運転の高度化の実現をサポートしてまいります。

DX-PLANT(TM)はクラウド上のプラント操業支援サービスであり、2017年のインドネシア国営肥料会社PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (ププク・スリウィジャヤ・パレンバン、以下 PUSRI)が操業している尿素プラントへの導入を皮切りにTOYOは尿素や、エチレンといった石油化学プラント等のエンジニアリング知見を活かしたサービスを提供しています。

TOYOはトータルソリューションプロバイダーとして、お客様のプラントライフサイクルにわたる収益向上に今後も貢献してまいります。

--＜English follows＞--Introduction of DX-PLANT(TM) Operational Support Service to Bolivia’s National Oil and Gas Company
～ Enhancing Plant Operations through Digital Services Unique to Urea Process Licensors ～

Toyo Engineering Corporation (TOYO, President and CEO Eiji Hosoi) is pleased to announce the award of a Technical Advisory Contract by Yacimientos Petroliferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB), the state-owned oil and gas company of Bolivia. This contract is focused on improving the operations of YPFB's urea plant, located in Bulo Bulo, Cochabamba Department, through the application of TOYO’s innovative DX-PLANT(TM) service.

As the licensor of the urea process technology, TOYO brings a wealth of expertise to this collaboration. YPFB’s urea plant, originally constructed using TOYO’s advanced urea technology, is set to benefit significantly from the integration of DX-PLANT(TM)’s sophisticated applications. These tools, embedded with TOYO’s deep technical knowledge, are designed to optimize and enhance plant operations. DX-PLANT(TM) integrates specialized applications with real-time communication, enabled through a remote monitoring system. This comprehensive solution allows TOYO to offer robust support for the advanced and efficient operation of YPFB’s urea plant.

First launched in 2017 at the urea plant operated by PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (PUSRI), a subsidiary of the state-owned Indonesian fertilizer company, PT Pupuk Indonesia, DX-PLANT(TM) is a cloud-based plant operation support service. It harnesses TOYO’s extensive engineering expertise, honed through years of experience in petrochemical industry. DX-PLANT(TM) has since been successfully implemented in several chemical plants including those producing urea and ethylene.
