日本酒ブランド「ICHI-GO-CAN(R)」を展開する株式会社Agnavi（代表取締役：玄 成秀、所在地：神奈川県茅ケ崎市）は、英国最大手の日本食材輸入卸会社Tazaki Foods Ltdを通じて「ICHI-GO-CAN(R)」を発売したことをお知らせします。これに伴い、弊社では、University of Oxford, Saïd Business School (MBA)にて日本酒についての理解を深めるためのワークショップを開催しました。

In conjunction with this launch, we held a workshop at the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School (MBA) to deepen understanding of Japanese sake.

この度、英国最大規模の日本食材輸入卸会社を通じて一合缶(R)の発売を開始致しました。これにより、英国の多くの消費者が手軽に日本酒を楽しむことができるようになります。今回の発売開始により、日本酒の普及と日本文化の理解がさらに進むことが期待されます。

◆場所： Garden Room, University of Oxford
◆内容：University of Oxford, Saïd Business Schoolにて、世界各国から集まったMBAの学生対象の日本酒体験イベントを開催した。本イベントには、中国、インド、インドネシア、タイ、シンガポール、エチオピア、ドイツ、ブラジル、ペルー、イタリア、アメリカ、日本など、多彩な国籍の学生が参加しました。
当社代表の玄の登壇に加え、東京農業大学応用生物科学部醸造科学科の曽厚嘉助教による日本酒の理解を深めるための講演が行われました。講演後は、一合缶(R)15種類の日本酒を試飲するセッションが行われました。参加者からは「缶の日本酒は初めて見たけど見た目もかわいい」「ギフトにも良さそう」「自国のお酒でもやってみたい」といった声が寄せられ、サステナビリティ（持続可能性）の観点からも一合缶(R)に対する共感を得ることができました。
今回のイベントを通じて、日本酒の魅力が缶といった新しい提供方法が広く認知されるとともに、国際的な交流と文化理解の促進にも寄与することができました。これからも日本酒の普及活動を続け、世界中の人々にその魅力を伝えていきます。
