iU イノプロ「ピッチフェス THE SHOUT 2024」最優秀チームを選出！

iU（東京都墨田区、学長 中村伊知哉、http://www.i-u.ac.jp）の起業実践科目イノベーションプロジェクト（以下：イノプロ）では、2年生を対象にしたビジネスプランのピッチフェスを開催し、最優秀企画を選出しました。
iUは「就職率0％・起業率100％」をテーマに、「学生全員起業」を目標とし、「ビジネス・ICT・グローバルコミュニケーション」の知識・スキルを身につけるカリキュラムを展開、起業率は全国の大学で1位です。中でも、本学の学びの中核となる必修科目「イノベーションプロジェクト」は、学生全員が起業プランを企画し、プレゼンテーションを行うアクティブ形式の科目です。

イベント概要

iU2年生約200名が前期授業を通じて企画したビジネスプランから、7チームが出場してプレゼンテーションし、7名のベンチャーキャピタリストが審査員として、最優秀企画を選出しました。

優勝できて嬉しいです。
私たちのチームは 1年次からあるチームですが2年への進級時にメンバーの一部入れ替えが行われました。それに伴い事業内容を一から見直し、プランを作り直しました。プランの作り直しは1からの作業で、1年次から引き継いだものは会社名のみとなりましたが、作り直したおかげでこの結果があると考えています。ピッチフェスでは課題も浮き彫りになり、とても価値あるものとなりました。1年半活動を共にしてくれている、佐藤、澤田。2年から参加し、力を貸してくれた岡本、柏倉。多くの時間を割いて親身に相談に乗っていただいた乘浜さん。みなさんには感謝しかありません。

Winning team selected at iU Inno Pro “Pitch Fes’ THE SHOUT 2024”!
As part of the Innovation Projects (“Inno Pro”) subject aiming to help students start their own business, iU (Sumida-ku, Tokyo; President: Ichiya Nakamura; http://www.i-u.ac.jp), a business plan pitch festival was held for second-year students, and a winning team was selected.
iU aims to help all students start their own business based on the idea of having a job-hunting rate of zero and a business startup rate of 100%, adopting a curriculum through which students obtain knowledge and skills in business, ICT, and global communication, and it ranks first among Japanese universities for its business startup rate. In particular, Inno Pro, which is a required subject and forms the core of learning at iU, is an active subject in which all students plan and present business startup plans.

Event overview

From business plans formulated through first-semester work by approximately 200 second-year students at iU, seven teams were selected to make presentations before a judging panel of seven venture capitalists selected the winning plan.

●Comment from team leader Daiki Koga
I’m so happy that we won.
Our team was formed in the first year, but some of our members were replaced as we moved into the second year, so we took that as an opportunity to take a fresh look at our business ideas and rebuild our plan. We did this from scratch, so the only thing left over from the first year was our team name, but I think it was this fresh start that led us to victory. The pitch event itself was really worthwhile as it helped us to clarify various issues. I’m very thankful to everyone who helped us achieve this: Sato and Sawada for working with us for 18 months, Okamoto and Kashiwakura, who gave us a boost in the second year, and Norihama-san for setting aside so much time to give kind advice.
