FXcoin、Bitstamp Limitedと覚書_MOUを締結

FXcoin株式会社（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長：大西 知生、以下FXcoin）とBitstamp Limited（本社：London、United Kingdom CEO : Julian Sawyer、以下Bitstamp）は、2021年5月31日、暗号資産の分野において相互の国際連携を図る目的で覚書（MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING）契約を締結いたしましたので、お知らせいたします。

FXcoinは、これまで住友商事、SBIグループ等と協力しXRPによる国内外の債権債務決済の実証実験を行うなど、暗号資産の実需取引拡大に向けて様々な試みを行ってまいりました。

暗号資産を建値とする債権債務決済取引は、今後グローバルに展開する企業の活動において拡大するものと考えます。そうした中、海外の暗号資産取引所との相互連携を深めることでグローバル企業の活動に資するべく、欧州最大級の暗号資産取引所であるBitstampと覚書を締結いたしました。

FXcoinは、今後も企業理念である「暗号資産市場の健全な発展と拡大」「日本人の金融リテラシーの向上」に向けて進んでいきます。

FXcoin Signs Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bitstamp Limited

FXcoin Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Tomoo Onishi, hereinafter referred to as FXcoin) and Bitstamp Limited (Head Office: London, United Kingdom, CEO: Julian Sawyer, hereinafter referred to as Bitstamp) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on May 31, 2021, for the purpose of mutual international cooperation in field of crypto assets.

FXcoin has been making various attempts to expand actual transactions of crypto assets, such as conduction a demonstration experiment of domestic and international debt settlement using XRP in cooperation with Sumitomo Corporation, SBI Group and others.

We believe that credit and debt settlement transactions using crypto assets as quotations will expand in the future among the activities of companies with global operations. Against this backdrop, FXcoin has announced a memorandum of understanding with Bitstamp, one of the largest crypto exchanges in Europe, in order to contribute to the activities of global companies by deepening mutual cooperation with overseas crypto exchanges.

FXcoin will continue to move forward with its corporate philosophy of “sound development and expansion of crypto asset market” and “improving the financial literacy of the Japanese people”.
