美容室【SDGs(持続可能な開発目標)】への取り組みSTART We start woking on SDGs.

「SDGs推進委員会～20代を中心に美容師・ネイリスト・トリマーが一体となって挑む～」 "SDGs Promotion Committee"～most of the menbers are 20’s～

株式会社M.SLASHホールディングス(本社:神奈川県横浜市/代表取締役:岸井 貞志) は、１6店舗を展開しており、数多くの美容師やネイリスト、トリマーなどが在籍するトータルビューティーサロンとして、SDGsへの取り組みをStartさせました。

M.SLASH Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa / Representative Director: Teishi Kishii) runs 16 stores.
We run business as the TOTAL BEAUTY salon which has been enrollng many hairdressers,nailists,trimmers, part of next our business project we started working on SDGs.




当社が取り組みをスタートするにあたり、ヨコハマSDGsセンターの麻生智嗣氏とタッグを組み、横浜から持続可能な開発目標に挑みます。

As we started working on this project, Mr. Tomotsugu Aso of YOKOHAMA SDGs Design Center coraborated with us.
With him we began to generate informations from Yokohama city.

活動の内容 Activity Details

当社は、東京と神奈川に16店舗を展開しており、各店舗から代表者を１名選出し、約２０名で構成させる「SDGs推進委員会」を７月より発足させ、毎月開催しています。
推進委員会では、ヨコハマSDGsセンターよりSDGsやCSRの取り組みについてアドバイスをもらったり、次の委員会までの活動内容を決めたりしています。

We have 16 stores in Tokyo and Kanagawa, and we have established the "SDGs Promotion Committee" from July
One representative is selected from each store and the comitee is composed of around 20 menbers, and the meeting is held monthly.
The SDGs Promotion Committee receives advice from the YOKOHAMA SDGs Center about SDGs and CSR activities, and with their advice activity contents is decided each time till the next committee.

車いす作りに貢献及び認知活動 Contribution to wheelchairs and Spreding SDGs recognition

髪の毛を染める時に使用するカラー材のチューブは、アルミニウムを使用しており、そのチューブはリサイクルが可能です。使用したチューブを集めて寄付することで、車いす作りに役立ててもらいます。
毎月の使用済みチューブの消費量は、50kg～100kg出ており、300kg程度で１台の分の車いすになることから、年間数台分の寄付を目指していきます。
また、美容師やネイリストがSDGsバッチを仕事中に身に付けることにより、SDGsの認知にも貢献しています。

The color tube used when dyeing hair is made of aluminum and the tube is recyclable.
By collecting and donating the used tubes, we could contribute to build wheelchairs.
As gathering used tubes for 300kg can make one wheelchair.
The monthly consumption of our used tubes is around 50kg-100kg andour aim is to donate several wheelchairs per year.
In addition, hairdressers and nailist puts on SDGs batch at work.
With this action,we are spreding recognition of SDGs,starting from our customers.
