Vertex Partners Inc. has concluded a business alliance with Qurate Inc., a SaaS company that develops and operates next-generation platforms in the digital marketing field. The alliance aims to expand the Qurate’s platform service, The Qurate(R) Platform, through business co-creation style support.

■The Aims of the Alliance
The rapidly-evolving field of digital marketing technology requires companies to adapt to the rise of digital natives such as Gen Z and Millennials in the consumer marketplace. There is an increase in the importance of content and data for marketing at every company despite its size. In addition, with remote work being promoted by companies in the wake of the COVID-19, there is an urgent need for online and digitally-optimized operations.

Vertex Partners recognized the high potential of The Qurate(R) Platform in the digital marketing field. The company’s SaaS solution enables the consolidated management of content and data across a wide variety of channels, including websites, apps, social media, and more, which are often divided into different platforms.
